How requests are handled.

It arrives directly in our enquiry inbox and is read personally — usually within two working days. You receive a written reply with a draft shape for your days, indicative pricing and real availability. Nothing is charged at this stage.
No. It is the beginning of a conversation. A journey is only confirmed once dates, itinerary and price are agreed in writing and a deposit is arranged directly with us.
Six to ten weeks is comfortable. Our mountain houses and guides are small and family-run, so peak summer weekends and holiday weeks close early. Last-minute requests are still worth sending — we hold occasional space.
Journeys are private by default: solo travellers, couples, small groups of friends or families. Group departures are capped so that hosts, tables and vehicles stay intimate.
