How requests are handled.

It arrives directly in our enquiry inbox and is read personally — usually within two working days. You receive a written reply with a draft shape for your days, indicative pricing and real availability. Nothing is charged at this stage.
No. It is the beginning of a conversation. A journey is only confirmed once dates, itinerary and price are agreed in writing and a deposit is arranged directly with us.
There is no instant checkout. Once your itinerary is agreed we invoice a deposit to hold guides and houses, with the balance due before arrival. Payment details are always sent from our own email address.
Tell us as early as you can. Because we work with small family hosts we will always try to move dates rather than cancel, and cancellation terms are set out clearly in your written confirmation before anything is paid.
